OUR 4 BEDROOM RANCH HOME
This is our new house. There is over 1800 square feet of living area. There are 2 full baths. The house is fully equipped for up to 8 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a
range, refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, disposal and
microwave. The
cabinets are stocked with dishes for 8 , silverware, pans, coffee pot,
utensils and much more.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and cable TV.
The master bath has a large shower, double sinks, garden tub and separate water closet. There is a door from the master bath to the pool area.
One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other a full size bed. Each bedroom has its own large closet and extra linens.
The Winnie the Pooh bedroom has a set of twin beds.
The house has a 2 car garage and a full laundry room. The laundry has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house is complete with a porta crib, high chair, videos , strollers and life jackets.
Our pool is truly beautiful. The pool is lighted for night time swimming. There are stairs at the shallow end of the pool where the water is 3' deep. The other end is 6' deep. The pool is equipped with an electric pool heater that can be turned on for an additional charge of $110. a week.
Our home is protected by a Brinks
security system.
RATES FOR OUR 4 BEDROOM HOME
Weekly $600. 00 (except Holiday weeks)
Holiday weeks $700.00 ( Week of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas , New Years)
The fine print:
1.) There is 12% Fl. taxes added to these prices.
2.) A $200 deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
3.) The balance is due 30 days prior to your vacation.
4.) The only additional option is the pool heater. The fee for that is $110.
