OUR 5 BEDROOM HOME

Our five bedroom house is a beautiful 2 story home. There is over 2500 square feet of living area including 3 full baths. The house is fully equipped for up to 10 people.
The large living room, has two full size couches and two loveseats. There is cable tv, a vcr and dvd.
The house also has wireless Brighthouse high speed internet.
The kitchen includes a range, refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, disposal and microwave.
There is a kitchen table
as well as a formal dining area.
The cabinets
are stocked with dishes for 12 , silverware, pans, coffee pot, utensils
and much more.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and cable TV.
The master bath has a large shower, double sinks, and a garden tub.
The first level of the home includes another bedroom with a queen size bed. Across the hall from this bedroom is an additional full bath with shower. Upstairs there are the three bedrooms and a full bath. The third and fourth bedrooms have two sets of twin beds and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own large closet and extra linens.
The house has a 2 car garage and a first floor laundry room. The laundry has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Let us know if you have small children. We have two porta cribs, high chairs,
videos , strollers and life jackets.
This house has a great pool with an attached spa. The pool is lighted for night time swimming. There are stairs at the shallow end of the pool where the water is 3' deep. The other end is 6' deep. The pool is equipped with an electric pool heater that can be turned on for an additional charge of $110. a week. The water for the spa is heated with the pool heater and then overflows into the pool.
Our home is protected by a Brinks
security system.
RATES FOR OUR 5 BEDROOM HOME
Weekly $800. 00 (except Holiday weeks)
Holiday weeks $900.00 ( Week of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas , New Years)
The fine print:
1.) There is 12% Fl. taxes added to these prices.
2.) A $200 deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
3.) The balance is due 60 days prior to your vacation.
4.) The only additional option is the pool heater. The fee for that is $110.
